You should see little trashcan icons next to the comments if you're signed in. You'll only see these on the page for the post, not the page where you actually enter comments. For example, click here to delete the comments for the previous post.
You might want to also enable Comment Moderation since you seem to have quite an idiot bothering you right now. May Allah reward you for your patience.
Mouse, would you like to have a haloscan comments page? I can do that for you. You will lose all your old comments but at the same time you can delete comments rather easily and then BAN people. Let me know and I'll add it.
